Atlas Ventures, we are a venture capital fund specializing in industrial decarbonization and digitalization. Our goal is to help entrepreneurs turn their ideas and visions into successful companies, which we achieve through two primary approaches. Firstly, we add direct value through our core team, which includes seasoned investors, advisors, and venture partners with C-level and board-level experience from multinational industrial corporates. They bring deep domain expertise across various industries and subject-matter knowledge on critical topics. Secondly, we have built an ecosystem of industrial corporate partners. This network allows us to facilitate exchanges of ideas and connections between startups and corporates, even beyond our portfolio companies. This collaborative approach enhances innovation across the ecosystem and fosters deep relationships with our stakeholders.

ADP Invest is the Corporate Venture Capital ("CVC") fund of the Groupe ADP. It invests in start-ups and venture capital funds in line with the company's strategic priorities : Passenger Experience, Airport Operations & Infrastructure, Future of Work and Decarbonization. We focus on financing companies that have already experimented with the Groupe ADP, based on needs expressed by the company's various business divisions. Each investment is sponsored by one of these departments, and their representatives sit on our investment committee.
